Pacific Northwest Townhouse

This client presented with the challenge of adding a dining table to a small combination living room/kitchen space and a townhouse rental.  Client’s aesthetic is contemporary and desired color scheme is black-and-white.  The client is also an excellent photographer and suggested art pieces (larger than current scale for added drama) will be from his own library of work not show in these renderings.
