Southern Colorado Cabin

The client purchased acreage in Southern Colorado that includes a one-season, 600 square foot cabin.  They are in the process of adding a well and septic, indoor plumbing, and converting the cabin into a four-season building.  Client is looking for suggestions for staircase, bathroom, kitchen, and utility room placement, while leaving all windows unobstructed, and without building an addition onto the cabin.

The client was presented with three (3) options for stair/bath/loft placement and layout.  The following images depict option #3 which seemed to be the best overall solution.
